This policy describes how We Are Digidal Creative Media (“We”), member of MDA Digidal Creative Ltd, collect and use personal data about you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and any other national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the Cyprus (‘Data Protection Legislation’).

We have put in place the following measure to ensure that your personal data is treated by those third parties in a way that is consistent with and which respects the Data Protection Legislation, as follows:
  • We check that Sub-contractors or Sub-processors of your data, who may hold that data within EU.

We have put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where We are legally required to do so.



9. RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, ERASURE, AND RESTRICTION
